Treat Your Eyes Natural Way!

Relax Your Tired Eyes
Tired eyes after a long day of staring at the computer screen or TV?
Ice tea is the answer! Make yourself a glass of ice tea and pour some on two cotton balls. Lie back and apply those tea soaked cotton balls to your eyelids for about 10 minutes.

Dark Eye Circles

Dark circles got you down? Chop and crush sprig of mint leaves. Apply the mashed mint leaves to the dark circles. Wash after 20 mins.
Alternately, try using a potato to lighten up those circles! Potatoes act as a natural and mild bleaching agent. Grate a raw potato and wrap in cheesecloth (or thin dish towel) and place on your dark circle for about 15 minutes.

Puffy Eyes

Use green tea to reduce your under-eye puffiness.
Take two green tea bags and make yourself a cup of green tea. Let the bags steep for about 5 minutes. Once the tea has cooled, remove the tea bags and let them chill in the refrigerator. After the tea bags are cooled, lie down and place the tea bags on your eyes. Relax for 15-20 mins and remove. The green tea will reduce the puffiness of your eyes.
